April Socks Review: Biscotte Yarns

We're seeing stripes!

This month, we let the yarn do the talking with the self-pattern dye masters at Biscotte Yarns. Since 2007, this family business has made a name for themselves with their fun and colorful self-stripe patterned yarns that are a hit with the sock knitting community.

They've put together a yarn pairing sure to whet your knitting appetite. Each set includes a 50 gram skein of their famous self-striping yarn and a 50 gram new coordinating speckles skein of Bis Sock, an 85% super wash merino and 15% nylon blend. Together, they give you 435 yards of yarn for your next creation.

Top (Brighter): Arc-en-ciel + teal to blue, A moi le coco + fushia, Grease + dark red
Bottom (More Muted): Geai Bleu + bright blue, Les Ailes d'un Papillon + teal to grey, Lilas et Moi + plum

Biscotte Yarns owner Louise Robert created the Mary Jane Memory Socks especially for her yarn pairing. Started at the heel, these socks feature a cabled instep strap with stockinette striped sections for the leg and foot. They are a delightful knit for any sock aficionado ready to try something new!
