April Classic Review: Sugar Bush Yarns

This Yarn is Pure Bliss!

Yarnbox is heading up north this month to feature Canadian dyer Sugar Bush Yarns. They’ve embraced the long winter chill as an opportunity to create a line of bold and beautiful luxurious yarns and inspire knitters and crocheters alike to create products they are proud to wear and share.

Bliss is a lavish blend of 70% super wash merino, 20% silk and 10% cashmere. Incredibly soft and with great stitch definition, this yarn is perfect for anything from delicate accessories to highly textured designs. You’ll get five 50 gram balls of this sport weight yarn for a total of 525 yards to work with.

Top: (Bright) Ruby, Cyan Blue, (Muted) Autumn Leaves, Willow Branch
Bottom: (Muted) Jade Green, Cobalt, Violet Wash, Platinum

Knit designer Kim Bridgeo takes advantage of the immaculate stitch definition for Time's A Thief, a wide cabled scarf featuring textural details.

Crochet designer Vicky Chan goes lacy with Monica, a crescent shawl with scalloped flower edging.
