March Classic Review: Wonderland Yarns

Let's take a tumble down the rabbit hole!

O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay! This month we're taking a trip into the magical world of Wonderland Yarns by Frabjous Fibers. This Vermont based dyer has been a favorite for their small batch hand-dyed yarns in colorful sets perfect for stripes and colorwork projects.

They've custom curated the Compass Kit featuring Mad Hatter, an extra soft sport weight, 100% superwash merino yarn. Each four color set contains a 4 ounce main color with 344 yards and three coordinating one ounce mini-skeins with 86 yards each. This gives you 602 yards for a new direction in crafting!

Top: Any Road Will Get You There (grey/pink), Up, Up and Away! (blue/yellow/grey), Find Your Way (grey/brown/purple)
Bottom: Choose Your Path (pink/brown), North For Nonsense (teal/green/pink), South For Silliness (purple/yellow/blue)

Wonderland Yarns included two great patterns for their kit. The Scatter Stripe Shawl by Stephanie Shiman is a reversible bias-knit triangular shawl with alternating colored stripes.

Julia by crochet designer Jessie Rayot is a hybrid poncho-shawl worked in blocks of color with a lace edging.

Total Value Of This Box: $59.50
