WIP Wednesday: Andy's Merino II, Manos del Uruguay, Louet

We love seeing projects come together from our talented members!  And each week, we celebrate these works in process, sharing a few that truly caught our attention.  Here's what some of our members have on their needles and hooks this week.

Sometimes, project inspiration hits you right away. Sometimes, you need to hold onto the yarn and find the perfect pairing for it. That's what Brianna did her with her Slytherin Pride scarf using her Manos del Uruguay Wool Classica and Farmhouse Yarns Andy's Merino II from our from our April and October 2015 Classic boxes. And this is crochet! It's the Tunisian Fair Isle Cowl from Yarnspirations. Fabulous idea to combine these two yarns!

Yarnbox member Whitney is putting a clever twist on the Tilson sock pattern by Jessica K. Larson using her Louet Gems Fingering from our December 2015 Socks Box to craft these fun fingerless mitts. Very cool!

Sweater weather is still upon us! Yarnbox member Cindy is working up her Polished sweater by Alicia Plummer in the Farmhouse Yarns Andy's Merino II she received in her October 2015 Yarnbox Classic. The stripes are my favorite part of her piece!

What are you WIPping up on your hooks and needles this week?  Share your projects with us in our Ravelry group, on Instagram @yarnbox, Facebook and Twitter!  You never know...yours may be the next project we share!
