Throwback Thursday: Picture Perfect Pairings

A great pattern plus a most excellent yarn in a really great colorway is a great combination for a finished project that's incredibly stunning.  Check out these subscriber finished items from a few of our past Yarnbox Classic boxes.

We're throwing it back all the way to our January 2015 Yarnbox Classic featuring Feederbrook Farm Entropy DK.  Our member, Astrid, used her skeins in this gorgeous Honey Cowl by Antonia Shankland.  Don't you just love the striping?

Check out Yarnbox member Clair's Koselig Capelet made with Andy's Merino II from Farmhouse Yarns from October 2015's Yarnbox Classic.  The indigo in contrast with the natural white perfectly accentuates both colors and stitch detail in this pattern by Taylor Tengelsen.

Throwing back to our June 2014 Classic Yarnbox where we featured Artyarns Supermerino.  Here it is from member Martha24jane on Ravelry knit up in the Hourglass Cowl pattern from Cathrin Walk.  Great pattern for not only this yarn but also the color!  Look at those stitches!

Feeling inspired by these projects?  Dig through your yarn stash and throw it back to one of those great, patiently waiting yarns!  And if it happens to be one of your Yarnbox yarns, share it with us in our Ravelry group, on Instagram @yarnboxFacebook and Twitter!  You never know...yours may be the next project we share!
